The picture below shows actual previously baled material. Note the 3-dimensional characteristics. When the hearing officer was shown the difference during the Ozone Recycling revocation hearing, he concluded that the DOR had not proven the cans above were previously baled. But that didn't stop the accusation, and it didn't prevent putting good people out of business!
